CANCELLATION POLICY
DBLB by LucyElsi charges a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48hours of the scheduled appointment. Charge is NON refundable. Any deposit for any service booked is non refundable and it is made to secure your spot. For any appointment that was not checkout due to “payment is due” client will get a reminder “ to pay a balance to settle a payment”, otherwise full appointment amount will automatically be charged from your card on file after 48hours with or without any prior notice. ALL CHARGES ARE NON NEGOTIABLE AND NON REFUNDABLE. Thanks for understanding.
